I missed the Atlantis!

I realized tonight that the Research Vessel Atlantis was here in San Francisco earlier this month and I missed her.  I was on the commissioning crew of that wonderful ship and love to go back aboard and visit the folks who still sail her.  I had thought she was coming in October but I forgot that the schedule changes to meet various science objectives and funding changes.  I should have checked more often.  I’ll have to wait until next year now.  Until then, here’s some pictures to remind me – and you – of what we missed.
