Chasing the Power Curve

I’ve started looking at javascript frameworks. Things to like: MVC, forward looking to HTML5, open source, power of Flex without Flash, etc. The most popular seems to be SproutCore, Knockout, and Backbone. Yes? No? What do you like? Contribute to the conversation on Hacker News.
